Technical Shift Supervisor Full Time

RPO Recruitment is seeking a skilled Technical Shift Supervisor to join our client’s team in Westville. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate production activities during assigned shifts.
• Ensure all equipment and machinery operate efficiently through regular inspections and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Lead and mentor a team of technicians and operators, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure targets are met.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and production output.
• Enforce workplace safety regulations and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Diploma or certification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
