Team Leader (Production) – Food Manufacturing Full Time

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of production workers to ensure smooth and efficient operations. You will oversee the day-to-day production activities, monitor performance, and provide guidance and support to achieve production targets. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of production workers, ensuring adherence to production schedules and targets.

• Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and drive efficiency.
• Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a leadership role in the food manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of food production processes and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proven ability to meet production targets and drive performance.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols.
• Flexibility to work in shifts as required.
• Diploma or Degree in Management
