Supply Chain Manager Full Time

RPO’s client is actively seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join their team in Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional to lead and optimise the full supply chain function within a high-performance manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving efficiency, developing team capability, and enhancing reporting processes to support business decision-making.

This is a full-time, onsite position.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete supply chain operations within the Manufacturing division.
• Lead and manage the procurement, scheduling, inventory, and logistics teams.
• Identify, monitor, and act on KPI reporting to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Deliver monthly reporting and forecasting insights for operational and strategic decision-making.
• Develop and manage a high-performance team through effective training, leadership, and performance management.
• Ensure alignment of supply chain processes with business goals and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  (Alternatively, strong proven experience in a relevant manufacturing supply chain role may be considered.)
• Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong expertise in scheduling, procurement, and inventory management.
• Experience with ERP systems — SYSPRO and/or other MRP/MES systems is essential.
• Solid analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Technologically proficient with strong data analysis and forecasting capabilities.
• Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
