Site Agent (Roadworks) – Construction Industry Full Time

RPO Recruitment’s client, a reputable and well established construction company in South Africa is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Site Agent to oversee and manage the on-site execution of one of their latest major roads projects in Limpopo.   

The ideal candidate will have strong civil engineering knowledge, particularly in roads and highways, and a proven track record of leading large construction teams while ensuring safety, quality, budget, and programme compliance.

Requirements:

• National Diploma/BTech in Civil Engineering or higher
• +-10 Years’ experience as a Site Agent on major road or highway projects
• Strong technical knowledge of road layerworks, surfacing (asphalt & concrete), drainage, and structures (e.g., bridges, culverts)
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software (e.g., CCS Candy, MS Project)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Valid SACPCMP or ECSA registration (advantageous)
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel or relocate as per project demands
