Supply Chain Manager Full Time

A reputable food production company is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager with a proven track record in managing end-to-end supply chain operations. The successful candidate will lead planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory management, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end supply chain, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution.

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of products.

• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance.

• Lead demand planning, production scheduling, and materials requirement planning to meet production targets.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and sales to align supply chain operations with business objectives.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team to maintain high performance and engagement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.

• Proven experience in supply chain management within the food production or FMCG industry.

• Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, procurement, and logistics.

• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
