Site/Construction Manager – Construction Industry Full Time

RPO Recruitment’s client, a well-established building services subcontracting company in Johannesburg is looking for an experienced Site / Construction Manager to oversee the successful delivery of projects across various construction sites.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, managing teams and subcontractors, ensuring quality and programme requirements are met, and maintaining strong relationships with main contractors, clients and professional teams.

Requirements:

• National Diploma in Building or BTech Degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years’ construction/site management experience.
• Proven experience working for a building services subcontractor or specialist subcontracting environment.
• Experience managing commercial, residential, retail, industrial or multi-storey building projects.
• Strong understanding of construction site procedures, programmes and coordination.
• Experience working alongside main contractors and professional teams.
• Knowledge of health & safety and quality requirements.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills.
