Job Title: Site Agent
Location: Johannesburg
RPO Recruitment, a reputable recruitment agency, is looking for a skilled and experienced Site Agent to join our client’s team in Johannesburg. The Site Agent will be responsible for overseeing construction activities on site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
– Manage and supervise construction activities on site, ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications
– Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project milestones are met
– Keep track of project progress, and report on any delays or issues that may arise
– Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, site diaries, and quality control records
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies on site
– Provide leadership and guidance to site staff, including contractors and laborers
Requirements:
– Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
– Proven experience working as a Site Agent on construction projects in Johannesburg
– Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques
– Excellent communication and leadership skills
– Proactive and able to work independently
– Knowledge of health and safety regulations
– Valid driver’s license
