Project Manager Full Time

RPO Recruitment is actively seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in solar installations to join our client’s team in Cape Town. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to oversee and drive solar projects from inception to completion while ensuring seamless collaboration across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end solar installation projects, ensuring alignment with company standards and client expectations.
• Work closely with sales teams (to provide site inputs for fully functional systems) and the design team (to ensure installations are executed according to scope).
• Serve as the key point of contact for site managers and installation teams, providing technical guidance and solutions as needed.
• Ensure all projects are fully closed off according to company procedures, from the initial client welcome email to final handover for invoicing.
• Conduct site inspections and implement quality assurance measures to uphold high safety and performance standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing solar installation projects (preferably as a Site Manager or Project Manager).
• Technical knowledge of solar energy systems, installations, and site requirements.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities, capable of managing teams and ensuring project alignment across departments.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
