Shift Manager – Feeds FMCG Full Time

RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join a reputable FMCG manufacturing company. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of production operators, ensuring smooth operations and achieving production targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of production on the shift
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures
• Optimize production processes to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
• Monitor production output and quality to meet customer requirements
• Manage and develop a team of production operators
• Schedule and allocate tasks to achieve production targets
• Collaborate with other departments to address any issues and improve processes
• Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Prepare and analyze production reports

• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound knowledge of production processes and quality standards
• Proven ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Proficient in using computer software and production management systems
• Flexibility to work shifts and weekends as required
• Qualification in Engineering or related field preferred

• Salary: Negotiable
