SHEQ Supervisor – Mining Industry – R950K – R700K Full Time

RPO Recruitment’s client in the Mining Industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a SHEQ Supervisor to join their team in Postmasburg, Northern Cape.

Responsibilities:

• Conflict resolution
• Coordinate, implement, control and monitor change plan
• Data integrity control
• Identify improvement initiatives
• Promote and assure adherence to SHERQ procedures
• Team planning
• Implementation of operational plans
• Implementation of compliance requirements
• SHERQ planning, organising and administration
• SHERQ reporting and support
• Comply with IMS standards.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Diploma in Safety
• COMSOC 1 & 2 Certificate
• Blasting Certificate Opencast Mines
• 5 years’ SHERQ experience in an Opencast Mining Environment
• 10 years’ Opencast Mining experience
