RPO’s client is actively seeking an experienced Senior Supervisor to join their team in Krugersdorp. Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations to ensure production targets are met.
• Monitor and maintain quality standards in line with company specifications.
• Lead, mentor, and train team members to achieve optimal performance.
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline workflow and resolve issues.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure a hazard-free work environment.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Oversee maintenance schedules and ensure machinery is in proper working condition.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; further technical or supervisory qualifications will be an advantage.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or metalworking environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes and machinery.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to upholding health and safety standards.
• Proficiency in using production and reporting tools.
