Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key market segments
Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular engagement and support
Conduct product presentations and negotiate sales contracts with clients
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery
Track sales activities and maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity
Provide feedback to management regarding market conditions and customer needs
Requirements
Matric certificate (minimum)
A relevant tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business (advantageous)
Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in a similar role
Strong ability to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
