Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering initiatives for new product development and process improvement

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Metallurgical Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in engineering roles within the steel manufacturing industry
• Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
