RPO Recruitment’s Client is looking for candidates to join their team in Cape Town, Western Cape. This position is a Senior Consultant, your tasks include strategic ideation, business development, strategy consulting, managing clients and other stakeholders. You will also do project management like overseeing quality, processes, budgets, guide your team. Clients include corporates, nonprofits, and governments.

Requirements:

• Business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset, work independently and create new opportunities, interest in and motivation to do Business Development
• Able to multitask, time management and deliver on short deadlines
• An affinity for numbers and analytical prowess
• Proficient Excel skills, experience with analyses in R, Stata or similar software
• Fluent in English, able to work in Spanish or French will be a big plus
• A Master’s degree in a relevant field, for example (Agricultural) Economics, Econometrics, or Sustainable Development
• At least three years’ experience in consultancy, of which a minimum of two years’ experience managing projects
• A minimum of two years’ experience in sustainability, ESG, economic development or similar field
• Educational and work experience related to econometric models and/or impact evaluation
