Sales Manager Full Time

RPO Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our client’s team in Phillipi, Cape Town. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals
• Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and motivation
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
• Ensure that sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and drive strategic decision-making
• Experience in managing a team and achieving sales targets
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
