Sales Engineer Full Time

RPO Recruitment is on the lookout for a skilled Sales Engineer to join our client’s team in Midrand. In this role, you will leverage your technical background and sales acumen to help drive the growth of our client’s business in a competitive market. Your primary responsibility will be to identify customer needs and provide innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Our client values creativity and resourcefulness, and as a Sales Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing and nurturing relationships with key clients while collaborating closely with the engineering and product development teams.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate project development and delivery.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, providing support and addressing any issues.
• Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the company’s revenue growth.
• Maintain records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical sales role, preferably in engineering.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical information effectively.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Valid Driver’s License and own vehicle.
