General Foreman | Site Manager – Construction Industry – R500K – R400K Full Time

Description:

RPO Recruitment’s client, a leading residential building contractor in Cape Town, is currently seeking to employ a General Foreman or Site Manager who can join their team.

Requirements:

• National Diploma in Building or similar
• Minimum 5 years’ experience specialising in the general site management of upmarket residential building projects
• Must be able to bring subcontractors on board, start a site from scratch and put all the necessary systems and processes in place to complete the project successfully
• Excellent communication and reporting skills

Benefits:

Salary:  R400k – R500k CTC per annum, negotiable
