Construction Manager – Construction Industry – R480K – R300K Full Time

RPO Recruitment’s client is currently looking to hire an experienced Construction Manager, who can join their successful and growing team in Cape Town as soon as possible. The successful candidate will be responsible for successfully managing and overseeing multiple painting, roofing, and waterproofing projects simultaneously.    

Responsibilities:

• Run projects, manage staff, do measurements and be responsible for cost management
• Coordinate multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring that each project is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of the client or professional team

Requirements:

• National Diploma in Building or similar qualification in the built environment
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the construction industry
• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor/Construction Manager/Project Manager/QS
• Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, products, and processes in the industry
• Registration with SACPCMP beneficial

Benefits:

• Salary: R300K/yr – R480K/yr, salary negotiable
