QA Specialist – Gauteng Full Time

RPO Recruitment is actively seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Specialist to join our client’s team in Marlboro, Gauteng. This is an exciting opportunity for a quality-focused professional to play a key role in maintaining and enhancing quality assurance processes within a dynamic production or manufacturing environment. Responsibilities

• Conduct regular quality inspections throughout the production process
• Identify non-conformances and implement corrective actions in a timely manner
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and logistics teams to resolve quality-related issues
• Maintain and update quality assurance documentation and standard operating procedures
• Ensure adherence to company standards, customer specifications, and industry regulations
• Assist in internal and external audits and support compliance initiatives
• Provide training and support to staff on quality procedures and standards

Requirements

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Diploma or degree in Quality Management, Food Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a QA Specialist or in a similar quality assurance role
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards, methodologies, and tools
• Familiarity with ISO, HACCP, or other industry standards (where applicable)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
