Production Supervisor Full Time

In this role, you will oversee daily production operations, ensuring that production schedules are met, and quality standards are upheld. Your leadership skills will be crucial in motivating and guiding your production team to achieve operational goals effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily production activities, ensuring timely and efficient workflow.
• Lead and support the production team, providing training and guidance as necessary.
• Coordinate with other departments to enhance production processes and resolve any operational issues.
• Monitor production performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for management review.
• Conduct regular inspections of production areas to ensure adherence to company policies and standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
• Relevant qualification in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is an advantage.
