Production Supervisor Full Time

RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our client’s team in Stellenbosch. Our client is a reputable company in the manufacturing industry, known for their commitment to quality and innovation.

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production processes at our client’s manufacturing wine facility. You will work closely with the production team to ensure smooth operations, adherence to production schedules, and strict quality control measures.

This role requires strong leadership skills, as you will be managing and motivating a team of production workers to meet production targets and maintain high standards of quality. 

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all production activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules and targets.
• Manage and lead a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions to optimize productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.
