RPO Recruitment is excited to present an excellent opportunity for an experienced Production Manager to join our client, a leading beverage manufacturing company. As a Production Manager in the beverage industry, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective manufacturing of high-quality beverages.
In this role, you will lead and manage a team of production staff, oversee production schedules, and implement strategies to optimize productivity and reduce waste. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality standards, develop and implement process improvements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in beverage manufacturing or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully managing a production team in a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Deep knowledge of beverage manufacturing processes, including mixing, blending, bottling, and packaging
- Strong understanding of quality assurance and compliance with food safety regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and achieve production targets
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
- Flexibility to work shifts and weekends as required
