Production Clerk – SAP Support – Paarl Full Time

Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Clerk – SAP Support to join our dynamic team in Paarl. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage administrative duties, ensure accurate record-keeping, and support the production team with SAP system updates and reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a keen sense of urgency, and a passion for contributing to efficient production operations.

Requirements:

• Residing in Paarl or surrounding areas
• Minimum of a Grade 12 qualification (Tertiary qualification advantageous)
• At least 3 years’ experience in an administrative role
• SAP experience advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency and meet deadlines

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the production team to ensure efficient operations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date SAP records
• Monitor and report on production schedules and inventory levels
• Assist in generating and distributing production reports
• Coordinate with departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow
• Maintain a well-organized filing system for production documentation
• Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
