Product Developer – Food Manufacturing Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Developing new food products from concept to commercialization.
• Conducting market research to identify consumer needs and preferences.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including research and development, production, and marketing.
• Formulating and refining product recipes and specifications.
• Conducting sensory evaluations to ensure product quality and taste.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.
• Monitoring industry trends and competitor products to stay ahead of the market.
• Participating in product and packaging trials.
• Creating and maintaining documentation for product specifications and manufacturing processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Developer in the food manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of food product development processes and food science principles.
• Experience in recipe formulation and refinement.
• Excellent sensory evaluation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
