Pr.CPM Building Project Manager – Construction & Infrastructure Development Industry Full Time

We are seeking an experienced Building Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure developments for our established client. This senior role offers the opportunity to manage high-profile projects, including airport developments and multi-faceted building projects, while leading diverse teams through all project phases.

Requirements:

• Built Environment or Engineering qualification
• Pr.CPM (Professional Construction Project Manager) registration
• Minimum 8 years post-registration experience
• At least 12 years post-qualification experience in Built Environment disciplines (Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Architecture)
• Demonstrable experience managing multi-disciplinary building teams
• Exposure to airport projects and complex, multi-faceted building developments
• Experience managing complex engineering infrastructure projects
