Pr.CM Senior Site Agent / Contracts Manager | Civil Construction Industry Contract

A leading South African contractor is seeking a seasoned Senior Site Agent or Contracts Manager to serve as the number one on this large-scale roads project in Eswatini.

This is a senior leadership position where you will have full accountability for the delivery of the project

Requirements:

Essential

• Degree or BTech in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Professional registration with ECSA (Pr Eng / Pr Tech Eng) or SACPCMP
• Proven experience on large road construction projects — this is non-negotiable
• Track record with one or more of the leading construction contractors in South Africa
• Familiarity with the current COTO specification for road construction
• Experience working on joint venture (JV) projects
• Clean criminal record
• Willingness to relocate to Eswatini for the full duration of the project on a LDC contract
• Valid passport and no restrictions on working in the SADC region
• Valid driver’s license
• Own reliable transport

Advantageous

• Previous experience working on projects in Eswatini or other SADC countries
• Exposure to cross-border project environments and working with local communities and authorities
