Mechanical (HVAC and Wet services) and Fire Engineer – Consulting Industry Full Time

A leading firm in the Building Services sector in Cape Town (North),  is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical (HVAC & Wet Services) and Fire Engineer to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for Mechanical and Fire Engineering services, overseeing projects from inception to completion

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BEng or BSc).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Building Services Industry.
• Preferably registered as a Professional Engineer with ECSA or eligible for registration.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, with Revit experience considered advantageous.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Utilize Fire Engineering expertise to enhance project performance and safety.
• Prepare detailed specifications and bills of quantities for the mechanical scope of projects.
• Government projects experience beneficial
