RPO Recruitment is currently working with an FMCG food manufacturing company that is looking to hire a Planning Coordinator to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain production plans
- Create and monitor production schedules
- Manage the inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods
- Oversee production performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and products
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in planning or production management within the FMCG food manufacturing industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in planning software and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
