Overview:
RPO Recruitment’s client, in the FMCG industry, are looking for an experienced National Sales Manager to join their team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management within the FMCG industry and will be responsible for leading and developing our national sales team to achieve targets and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
• Lead and manage a team of sales representatives across the country
• Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of sales strategies
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in sales management within the FMCG industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to travel nationally as required
