National Sales Manager Full Time

RPO Recruitment’s client is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Manager to join their team in the Gauteng Province. As a leading provider of recruitment services, RPO Recruitment is committed to finding top talent for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales operations across the Gauteng Province.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
• Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
• Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing sales teams and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the Gauteng Province market and industry trends.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel within the Gauteng Province as required.
