Mid-Level Candidate QS – Consulting Industry (Remote) Full Time

Description:

RPO Recruitment’s client, a leading and successful QS consulting firm in Gauteng, is currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Mid-Level Quantity Surveyor who can join their dynamic team in Johannesburg as soon as possible.  The successful incumbent will be reporting to the directors of the company and be capable of running his/her own projects.

Responsibilities:

• All QS functions, including measuring are to be done solely by the candidate
• Responsible for attending regular site visits within South Africa (Rustenburg, Durban, Johannesburg, Pretoria)
• Required to work remotely with regular team meetings at the client’s Johannesburg offices

Requirements:

• BSc (Hons) degree in Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a PQS environment
• Candidate or Pr QS registration with SACQSP
• Self-motivated, responsible and accountable for own work
• Ability to represent the company at the highest level
• Extremely efficient in Bills of Quantities production and bulletproof in WinQS and DimX software
• Restraint-free and introductions of clients to the firm will be beneficial
