Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing producer services or supplier management in the FMCG industry
- Strong knowledge of FMCG processes, regulations, and industry standards
- Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and producers
- Ability to drive continuous improvement and implement best practices in producer services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Experience in contract management and quality control
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
