Maintenance Supervisor – Mining Industry – R900K – R700K Full Time

RPO Recruitment’s client in the Mining Industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team in Burgersfort, Limpopo.

Responsibilities:

• Determine planned maintenance priorities
• Allocate resources within section
• Setting daily, weekly and monthly technical targets
• Shutting down the section if necessary for maintenance
• Determining work priorities
• Changing plans and schedules on the shift to minimize the effect of unexpected problems
• Stopping the operation if the working conditions are unsafe
• Planning employees leaves and overtime

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Foreman Certificate
• Certified Competent 2.9.2
• 4 years’ experience in the breakdown management of earthmoving equipment in an underground mining environment
• 7 years experience as a Diesel Mechanic/ Fitter/ Electrician/ Auto Electrician/ Boilermaker in a TMM Mechanized underground mining environment
