RPO Recruitment’s client in the Mining Industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Maintenance Shift Supervisor to join their team in Kathu, Northern Cape.

Responsibilities:

• Shift maintenance supervision
• Contractor Management
• Budget and cost control
• People supervision
• People leadership
• Continuous improvement
• SHERQ adherence and compliance in own area of work

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Trade Test Certificate (Boilermaker Fitter Electrical)
• N4 Certificate in Engineering
• First Line Supervision Certificate
• 6 years’ Operational maintenance experience in a mining environment
• 4 years’ supervisory experience

Benefits:

• Salary: R750K/yr – R1Mil/yr, salary negotiable
