Junior Estimator – Construction Industry Full Time

RPO Recruitment’s client, a leading building contractor in the Western Cape is currently looking to hire a qualified, hardworking and trustworthy Junior Estimator who can join their team in Cape Town as soon as possible. 

Requirements:

• BTech degree in Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an estimating role working for reputable building contractors
• Knowledge of minor and major works building contracts
• Experience in project scoping, site management, management of variation orders, subcontractor management, budget management, programme management, OHS Management beneficial
• Valid driver’s license
• Presentable and well spoken (bilingual in English and Afrikaans)
• Confident with excellent communication skills
• Willingness to learn
• Ethical and professional
• Hunger to grow and thrive in a sales estimating environment
