Internal Sales Coordinator Full Time

RPO Recruitment’s client is currently seeking an Internal Sales Coordinator to join our client’s team in Pinetown. As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operations of the sales process.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with order processing and fulfillment
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and customer information
• Prepare sales reports and assist with sales analysis
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and documentation
• Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales administration or a related role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of CRM software and sales processes
• Understanding of the sales cycle and customer relationship management
