Human Resources Business Partner – Retail Full Time

RPO Recruitment is looking for a proactive and strategic Human Resources Business Partner to join our client’s retail division. This role involves collaborating closely with management and employees to ensure that the HR strategy aligns with the company’s retail goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to management, providing insights and recommendations on HR-related issues
• Implement HR initiatives that support retail operations, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement
• Analyze workforce trends and develop strategies to address workforce planning needs
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour regulations
• Facilitate training and development programs tailored to retail staff
• Support employee relations initiatives and address any employee grievances
• Measure the effectiveness of HR programs and make adjustments as necessary
• Assist in building a strong organizational culture that supports the company’s retail objectives
• Participate in the annual performance review process

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with a focus on the retail industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and relevant legislative requirements
• Proven experience in talent management and employee relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
