Global Mobility and Tax Compliance Manager Full Time

RPO Recruitment’s Client is looking for candidates to join their team in Bryanston, Gauteng. This position is a Global Mobility and Tax Compliance Manager to manage and oversee our global tax filing deadlines. You will be responsible for advising clients on international mobility and compliance strategies. You will work closely with clients to ensure they meet global compliance requirements related to tax, immigration, and other regulatory standards. The role involves providing expert guidance on internal compliance frameworks, managing cross-border challenges, and assisting clients in aligning their operations with global mobility regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in tax compliance, project coordination, or deadline management, preferably in a multinational or consulting environment.
• Understanding of international tax compliance processes and deadlines.
• Experience working in global tax or compliance functions.

 
Key Responsibilities:

• Tax Calendar Management: Maintain and control the global tax compliance calendar, ensuring that all filing deadlines across multiple jurisdictions are clearly communicated and adhered to by the team.
• Deadline Tracking: Monitor all tax return deadlines, provide timely reminders to the team, and ensure all necessary actions are taken to meet filing requirements.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with the global tax team to ensure all filing processes are completed on time. Liaise with relevant internal departments to keep everyone informed of approaching deadlines and any changes to schedules.
• Client Liaison: Communicate with clients to ensure they provide all required documentation in advance of filing deadlines and address any client concerns related to compliance timelines.
