Fleet & Logistics Manager – Construction Full Time

As the Fleet & Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the fleet operations and logistics activities within the construction industry. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures
• Manage vehicle fleet, including maintenance, repairs, and replacement
• Oversee logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards
• Optimize routes and schedules to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement
• Provide leadership and guidance to the logistics team

• Proven experience as a Fleet & Logistics Manager in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of fleet management and logistics operations
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of local regulations and safety standards
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Strong leadership and communication skills
