Finance Manager – Construction Industry Full Time

RPO Recruitment is on the lookout for a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager to join our clients team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will manage the financial health of the organization and will have significant control over its financial resources. In this role, you will provide insights and strategic recommendations to support decision-making and drive our company’s growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and reporting requirements.
• Analyze financial data and present financial reports to senior management.
• Implement financial controls and monitor financial performance.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop financial strategies and improve efficiencies.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of the annual budget.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
• Monitor and manage cash flow and financial performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• CA(SA) or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar financial leadership role in the Construction Industry
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
• Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development.
