Factory Mart Coordinator – Montague Gardens, Cape Town Full Time

RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Factory Mart Coordinator to join our client’s team based in Montague Gardens, Cape Town. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong procurement, stock management, and coordination skills to oversee and support factory marts across a national footprint. Responsibilities

• Manage Factory Mart stock on a national basis
• Ensure supply meets demand while maintaining optimal inventory levels
• Improve infill rate and reduce stock shortages
• Act as the liaison between Factory, Branches, Procurement, Equipment, Casings, and other departments
• Prepare accurate customer quotes and support regional managers with inventory data
• Perform sales and inventory analysis to support business needs

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in buying, procurement, or demand planning
• Proven stock management skills
• High-level communication across all levels of the organization
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
• Strong decision-making and reasoning capabilities
• Commitment to service excellence and attention to detail
• Planning, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused and enthusiastic work ethic
• Product knowledge in a retail or industrial environment
• Computer literacy: MS Word, Excel, Email, and Syspro
