Estimator (Civil/Building) – Construction Industry – R900K – R700K Full Time

Description:

RPO Recruitment’s client, a well-established contractor in Gauteng is currently looking to hire a skilled and qualified Civil and/or Building Estimator who can join their team in Johannesburg as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents
• Identifies labour, material and time requirements
• Computes costs by analysing labour, material, and time requirements

Requirements:

• National Diploma in Building/BTech in Quantity Surveying or similar
• Minimum 6 years’ experience as a Civil and/or Building Estimator in a construction environment
• Construction Estimator Certified (CEC)
• CCS proficiency a must

Benefits:

Salary:  R700K – R900K CTC per annum, negotiable
