Electrical Supervisor – Industrial Engineering Industry – R540K – R450K Full Time

RPO Recruitment’s client, a successful and growing engineering firm specialising in industrial projects across SA, is currently seeking to employ a hardworking and committed Electrical Supervisor who can join their team in Port Elizabeth as soon as possible.  

Responsibilities

• Formulating Production Program – Control/Planning
• Achieving Targets and Ensuring that Budgeting Guidelines are met
• Scheduling work throughout Plant/Site
• Managing General Multi Projects
• Working with Clients and Relationships
• Ordering of Raw Materials/Components for Plant Equipment and Labour Utilization
• Set Delivery Schedules
• Management of the Electrical Manufacturing and Installation Teams
• Adherence to Health and Safety Requirements
• Adherence to ISO Standards
• Adherence to any other instruction as given by the Electrical Contracts Manager

Requirements

• National Technical Certificate with Electrical Trade Test
• Wireman’s License (Phase 3 essential)
• Minimum 3-5 years’ supervisory and management experience in the automotive industry essential
• Knowledge of QC Plans, E-Plan Designs, and OHSA Act
• Own transport essential with valid driver’s license
• Willing to travel and work away from home
• Proficient in MS Office
