District Manager (Sales) – FMCG Full Time

RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a talented and motivated District Manager (Sales) with experience in the FMCG industry to join our team. As a District Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales performance of a designated district, managing a team of sales representatives, and driving business growth in your assigned area. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the district
• Manage, motivate, and provide guidance to a team of sales representatives
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and retailers
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Proven experience as a District Manager or similar role in the FMCG industry
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to analyze market data and identify business opportunities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel within the assigned district
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
