Crushing GES – Mining Industry – R1.2Mil – R720K Full Time

RPO Recruitment’s client in the Mining Industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Crushing GES in Hotazel, Northern Cape.

Responsibilities:

• Compliance with all safety regulations as set out in the mines policies
• Investigate all incidents and accidents as per SOPs
• Execute maintenance work in accordance with maintenance management policy
• Ensure that root cause failure analysis (RCFAs) action plans are executed within assigned deadlines
• Assist subordinates with fault finding and technical analysis on machines
• Assist the maintenance manager to fill vacancies
• Review the performance of the engineering foremen on a monthly basis
• Manage workshop and plant discipline
• Conduct monthly and quarterly inspections on all equipment
• Provide technical assistance and direction to other functional groups in order to drive quality improvements and enhance the maintenance function

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Engineering degree/diploma
• Fitter/Electrical Trade Test Certificate
• 5 years’ experience as Supervisor/Foreman in the Crushing and Screening industry
• 6 years’ experience in an open cast mining environment
