Construction Manager/Site Agent – Construction Industry Full Time

RPO Recruitment’s client, a well-established and leading building contractor in Cape Town is seeking to appoint a qualified Construction Manager to join their team as soon as possible.  The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering top-quality projects on time and within budget.  This opportunity offers excellent room for growth and exposure to the construction industry.

Requirements:

• National Diploma in Building/BTech degree in Construction Management or similar
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience leading on-site execution of a variety of projects such as painting, roofing, waterproofing, and maintenance
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while guiding and managing site staff in order to deliver top-quality projects on time and within budget
• Possess technical skills across multiple disciplines
• Strong leadership and communication skills with excellent problem solving skills
• Professional and presentable with the ability to build strong client relationships
• Valid driver’s license

Benefits:

Salary:  R360K – R300K basic salary, excluding company benefits
