Civil Site Agent | Western Cape & Gauteng | Civil Construction Industry Full Time

Our client, a prominent and well-established contractor with a strong presence in Gauteng and the Western Cape, is seeking highly qualified and experienced Site Agents to join their thriving teams. These immediate opportunities offer the chance to contribute significantly to a company that prides itself on excellence and innovation within the civil construction and roads infrastructure sectors.

As Site Agent, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of civil engineering and roads construction projects

Requirements:

• BSc/BEng/BTech/ NDip in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in civil works and roads construction
• Extensive background in roads projects (construction, rehabilitation, maintenance)
• Solid experience in bulk earthworks and cut-to-fill operations
• Track record of successfully managing roads and civil infrastructure sites
• Knowledge of pavement design, earthworks principles, and drainage systems
• Contract administration experience
• Experience with various contract forms (GCC, FIDIC, NEC, JBCC)
• Understanding of COLTO and SANS specifications for roads projects
• Valid driver’s license (Code B minimum)
• Own reliable transport
