Requirements:

• Sc Quantity Surveying / Honours
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience
• Proficiency in WinQS and DimXCost management and analysis on construction projects
• Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations
• Experience with cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting.
• Cape Town based
