Candidate QS – QS Consulting Industry – R420K – R360K Full Time

RPO Recruitment’s client, a well-established Quantity Surveying Consulting Firm in Gauteng, is currently seeking a qualified Candidate Quantity Surveyor who can join their team in Johannesburg and contribute positively towards the success of their projects.

Requirements:

• BSc (Hons)/BTech degree in Quantity Surveying
• Around 5 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying environment
• Candidate QS registration with SACQSP
• Proficiency in WinQS and MS Office especially MS Excel
• Proficient in taking off quantities from drawings and converting into bills of quantities
• Experience in tender analysis/comparison and compilation of tender reports
• Experience in the assessment of works on site and concluding monthly valuations
• Experience in preparing and agreeing final accounts
• Valid driver’s license and own transport to travel to sites within the Gauteng area

Benefits:

Salary:  R360K – R420K CTC per annum
