Building Foreman– Construction Industry Full Time

A leading construction firm is seeking a highly experienced Building Foreman to oversee and manage all aspects of construction site operations for a major building projects in Cape Town.

Requirements:

• Technical diploma or trade qualification.
• A minimum of 20 years’ experience on large-scale building sites.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinating various trades and ensuring all work aligns with construction plans and safety standards.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives, manage project risks, and support internal and external audits.
• Ensure effective resource management, including materials, plant, equipment, and labour.
• Collaborate in the preparation and execution of project programmes, breaking down complex construction stages and resolving on-site issues.
• Supervise concrete construction and general building activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
• Preferably based in Cape Town
